使用這個家教之前，先講清楚

語伴 Live Language Coach 由 Crealize LLC（以下稱「我們」）提供。以下條款盡量寫得像人話：你可以自由使用，但服務以現況提供，我們不做超出能力範圍的承諾。
這是什麼
一個你自行加進 ChatGPT 的連結器，由 Crealize LLC 營運。它在你的對話裡教語言，並把你的學習進度存在我們的伺服器上。它不是 app、不是課程，也沒有任何後台可以登入。使用它，代表你同意這頁的內容。
帳號
你用 Google 登入一次來建立帳號。請確保你有權使用那個 Google 帳號。你隨時可以在對話裡要求刪除全部資料，帳號也會一併結束。
可用性
沒有 SLA、沒有保證的上線時間。維護、搬遷、或單純出錯的時候，服務可能中斷。我們也可能在事前通知後停止營運這個專案；真的走到那一步，會給你時間匯出資料。
教學內容的正確性
教學由語言模型產生，可能會出錯：例句不自然、解釋不精確、或糾正得不對。掌握狀態由伺服器端規則記錄，但那也只是一個規則，不等於語言能力的認證。重要場合請再找真人確認。
合理使用
- 請不要嘗試攻擊、逆向或大量自動化呼叫這個伺服器。
- 請不要拿它產生騷擾、仇恨或違法的內容。
- 你放進去的個人脈絡，請只放你自己的事，不要放別人的敏感資訊。
違反上述情況，我們可能會直接停用該帳號。
費用
目前不收費。如果未來要收，會事先講清楚，不會偷偷開始扣款。你的 ChatGPT 訂閱費用由 OpenAI 收取，和我們無關。
責任範圍
這項服務以「現況」提供。在法律允許的最大範圍內，Crealize LLC 不對因使用或無法使用本服務所產生的損失負責。我們把話講在前面，讓你在決定要不要依賴它之前就知道界線在哪裡。

Live Language Coach is a connector you add to your own ChatGPT, provided by Crealize LLC. Using it means accepting these terms. You sign in with Google; you can end the account at any time by asking for deletion in the chat.
There is no SLA and no guaranteed uptime. Teaching is generated by a language model and can be wrong; recorded mastery is a rule, not a language certification. Do not attack, reverse-engineer, or heavily automate the server, and do not put other people's sensitive information into your personal context.
